Center established at 2013 by Contract of Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation №05.081.12.0012 and Agreements between Universities.

- Far Eastern Federal University - School of Economics and Management, Vladivostok;

- Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation - Far Eastern Institute of management, Khabarovsk;

- International Academy, Vladivostok;

- Educates University, Switzerland. 

President of the Center - Prof. Anatoly Karpov, deputy Chairman of the Committy on economics, Russian Parliament (State Duma).
